February 2022 happens to mark 25 years since K.E.S. had to come to terms with the passing of one of its finest teachers. We are fortunate that Peter Jacobs with the help of the family and many admirers, as well as surviving records, has been able to compose such a worthy and lasting tribute to the remarkable Ken Gregory. The biography includes details of a special cricket match arranged in the summer of 1997 with a team including nine of the so-called ‘Oval Boys’ to play against the School 1st XI.
