This year’s British Grand Prix took place at Silverstone on the weekend of 16-19 July. It was a special occasion for OL Peter Riches (1963-70) who was presented with a Certificate of Recognition by Motorsport UK Chairman, David Richards, to celebrate his 30 years as Chief Scrutineer at the British Grand Prix. F1 Race Director, Michael Masi, and Technical Delegate, Jo Bauer, were also at the presentation to offer their grateful appreciation to Peter. He began as a scrutineer in 1983 and became Chief Scrutineer in 1991.
