The greatest footballer (and most inspirational teacher)

Terry Bush

CENTRE-FORWARD Terry Bush (1943-2018) was reputed to have the most powerful kick in the Football League.  He was also the greatest footballer KES ever produced.

His full biography appears in our Archives section. In it, our President, Peter Jacobs, also explains the massive influence that inspirational teacher Ken Gregory had on Terry Bush’s career (as well as enriching the lives of every pupil he ever taught).

It is our plan to pay tribute to Ken on this website and we invite as many submissions as possible from former pupils, including tributes, memories, photographs and anecdotes. We would be grateful if his family would also get in touch, and get involved.

Please send them to our Archivist, Bob Childs (bob@oldlennensians.co.uk) or our Website Editor, Dave Phillips (dave@oldlennensians.co.uk)
